Relaxation + Lomi Lomi

Therapy to help you relax and improve wellbeing.

Relaxation - a relaxed and calming style of massage, with longer strokes and softer touch from head to toe to help your body, mind and muscles feel relaxed.

Lomi Lomi - uses long, flowing strokes to promote relaxation, release tension, and restore balance to the body and mind. It's characterised by continuous and rhythmic movements.

Restore

Deep Tissue + Remedial

Therapy to help you restore and re-balance your body.

Deep Tissue - a deep strong massage that gets right into the knots of your muscles. This massage targets the deeper layers of the muscle tissue and any problem areas you need to focus on. Perfect for sore shoulders or back.

A range of hands-on techniques like soft tissue massage, myofascial release, dry needling, cupping, lymphatic drainage and joint mobilisation.

Recover

Sport + Trigger Point Therapy

Therapy to help you recover or enhance performance.

Sport - specifically designed for performance and faster recovery before or after a work-out or activity -addressing sports-related tension, imbalances and common injuries.

Trigger Point - deep targeted work to relieve muscle pain and tension by addressing specific, localised areas of tightness or knots within muscles, known as trigger points.

Outcomes:

  • Enhance performance and help prevent injuries

  • Aid in recovery of common injuries

  • Increase range of motion and muscle function

  • Help to reduce muscle inflammation

  • Reduce the post-strain and discomfort of training allowing a quicker return to maximum training levels
